How you’ll make a difference  

The Data Security Analyst will support the CISO Data Security team to drive and maintain data security controls aligned to industry standards, key laws and regulations. The role is varied and constantly developing but typically we want our Data Security Analyst to operate and help manage all elements of policy, process, and technology of the data loss prevention and data classification systems. 

  

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience operating in a Data Security team, preferably within the Financial Services industry (1 year minimum).
  • Knowledge and experience of data loss prevention and data classification systems and controls.
  • Knowledge of data discovery and/or data obfuscation and/or data encryption and/or data erasure systems and controls.
  • Awareness of data security standards such as NIST or ISO27001.
  • Team player with a flexible approach and collaborative style.  

 

Selection process
There will likely be a 30-minute informal, exploratory chat with the Hiring Manager followed by a structured interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager plus another member of the team.   Here are some of the questions you’ll be asked at interview:
